A pleasant stay at Grage Hotel. The location was central and easy to find, adjacent to Grage Mall. The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant, cafe, and function rooms. The swimming pools were a big plus, with a large one on the ground floor and a smaller one on the 2nd floor with a better view. We got an upgrade to a spacious Silver Executive room, which had excellent amenities, especially the luxurious bathroom. I would gladly recommend Grage Hotel as the place to stay in Cirebon. I'll recommend this hotel for its central location, great facilities, and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is conveniently located near multiple shopping centers and within easy reach of the train station. the spacious rooms are clean and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. the breakfast spreads have a good selection of local and international dishes. the helpful staff are always ready to help with luggage and provide recommendations for local attractions.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient free shuttle service to the local batik village and train station. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices and we particularly enjoyed the local dishes. the hotel's location near several dining options and shopping areas made it easy to explore the city.

Our check-in experience was slow and the room wasn't ready for us upon arrival. the staff's lack of friendliness was disappointing.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, exceeding my expectations. I was impressed with the inclusion of a bathtub, which was big and deep enough for a relaxing soak. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options including local Cirebon cuisine. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to return a jacket that I had left behind. The prompt response was greatly appreciated.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location right in the heart of the city and close to shopping malls. The swimming pool was an amazing addition to the stay, loved the size and facilities. The breakfast selection was really good and there's something for everyone's taste buds.

The pillows in the room could be better, felt a bit old and flat. At check-in, there was some confusion about the payment that was quickly resolved but caused a slight inconvenience.
